At Dz Art Apparel, we strive to ensure you receive high-quality products that meet your expectations. Because our items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g. ordering the wrong size or changing your mind after purchase).

Returns & Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we're happy to offer a free replacement or full refund. To qualify:

You must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order.
Photo evidence of the issue may be required.
We’ll cover all return shipping costs if the issue is confirmed.

Lost Package Policy

If your order hasn't arrived and you believe it may be lost:

Please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return Address

Returns should be sent to 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019 (provided with your return instructions after claim approval).

If you choose to use a different return address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
